The following list of experienced facilitators are Mind Resources Certified Trainers and accredited to train the FiSH! Philosophy exclusively through Mind Resources. Mind Resources is the Master Licensee of the FiSH! Philosophy in the Asia-Pacific region and reserves the right to allocate the most appropriate trainers against client requirements for the delivery of FiSH! Philosophy training. Michele Nash Our “Star FISH” presenter, Michele has a blue ribbon training reputation that is well known in Australia and overseas. She is the Mind Resources Director of Training Services as well as our Certified Master Trainer specialising in the famous FISH! Philosophy. She leads our training team with enthusiasm, passion, and genuine excitement for all she does! With over 20 years’ experience, she is also a fully qualified Behavioural & Value Analyst working with a variety of psychometric assessment tools especially advanced DISC. Michele has been accredited with numerous certifications for training and facilitation in a wide range of areas including sales, customer service, team building, management, leadership, and communication/negotiation strategies and is also an accredited Neuro Linguistic Practitioner.
Susan Chui Ling, Chang Susan Chui Ling, Chang has over 18 years experience as a trainer and her vocation is management, training, lecturing and consultancy in the Retail, Tourism and Hospitality industries. She has experience with designing and developing programmes and is a certified Developer, Trainer and Assessor. Susan has a fun, participative and interactive delivery style to ensure her facilitation effectively brings about change in attitudes, as well as acquisition of skills and knowledge.
Ken Choo Ken is a US trained engineer and a certified FiSH! Philosophy facilitator with more than 18 years experience in managing business processes in service and manufacturing sectors. He has a proven track record in business process management, quality assurance and process improvement in several MNCs and a range of SMEs across various industries. His niche is in implementing innovative quality and process improvement systems in service industries and large organisations. Ken is also an international register of certificated auditors - IRCA(UK) certified management system lead auditor. Ken has completed over 100 management consultancy projects and training sessions. Key clients include Ajinomoto, Allianz Insurance, Bank Negara, Institut Bank-Bank Malaysia, Mayban Assurance, Putrajaya Holdings, Sarawak Forestry Corporation, Toshiba, Resorts World (Genting), Samsung and many others.

Teresa Hetherington Melbourne based Teresa is a qualified professional with over 20 years experience in the L&D/HR field. She has worked successfully with all levels of staff ranging from partners/executives through to new recruits in areas as diverse as construction, automotive, top 4 professional services firms, aerospace, banking and finance, local government, and retail companies. Teresa has an exceptional ability of quickly grasping the culture and structure of her client’s organisations, enabling her to establish credibility with staff and create solutions that are not only specific to the client’s business need, but also practical and readily transferable. She is an exceptional trainer who never fails to connect with her audience, engaging them on every level. Teresa recently came back from a trip to Seattle, Washington where she spent some fun times with the guys from Pike Place Fish Market and is one of our original FISH! Philosophy foundation members.
Sing Ming Koh Sing Ming focuses on the human dimension of organisations, helping them to develop in areas of leadership, strategic planning, innovation, teambuilding and change effectiveness. An accomplished and well-received facilitator, his cross-cultural experience has seen him work with many major clients throughout the APAC region. This experience includes leading people and teams, managing successful growth business areas, and consulting with government agencies, FMCGs and high volume businesses to improve their performance targets and service delivery.
Lily Lau Having amassed 18 years of management and consulting experience in Pricewaterhouse Coopers, with a formal degree from Japan, Lily is a multi-lingual, fluent in English, Japanese, Chinese and Malay. Lily has written several stimulating articles published in popular business magazines in the areas of cross – cultural management and creative communication. Lily is a certified FiSH! Philosophy facilitator and has worked with many MNC organisations. She is also a Certified Professional Trainer by The International Professional Managers Association (IPMA), has a Certificate in Training by the Malaysian Human Resources Development Corporation (PSMB) and holds a Certificate in Coaching by the Institute of Business Coaches (IBC).
Brett Leadbetter As an experienced presenter, Brett takes a hands-on approach to trainings. He will share practical and proactive strategies for building solid relationships with students and peers, and action plan with you on how to take these strategies into your school and classrooms the very next day.After 15 years teaching secondary school Drama, Brett has spent the last three years training schools in School Wide Positive Behaviour Support, and over 150 teachers as Classroom Profilers. He has also trained hundreds of teachers, including graduate and beginning teachers in the Essential Skills for Classroom Management. Brett’s philosophy has always been ‘when it’s fun they learn’ and this is evidenced through his dynamic and engaging presentation style.
Scott Nash Scott combines 28 years of experience in the retail, sales and service industry with the specialized knowledge of 12 years in Learning and Development. He has experience in Recruiting, Training and Development, and has partnered with organisations to positively influence their corporate cultures by providing customized solutions that offer a fresh perspective. He has designed and delivered learning intervention across industries including: Public/Private Sector, Call Centre, Legal, Banking & Finance, Retail, Hospitality, Travel and Communication. Brisbane based Scott is a very motivational and humorous presenter. He has the amazing alibility to connect to people from all walks of life with honesty, integrity, and enthusiasm. His passion for the FISH! Philosophy is only rivalled by his passion for long distance running and keeping the people at Fitness First gym’s employed!
Janet Sin With over 12 years of experience in spearheading and executing initiatives in people development and employee productivity, Janet is a veteran in the Learning and Organisational Development arena. A fluent speaker in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, she holds a Master in Training and Development from the University of Melbourne, a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Philosophy and Geography) from the National University of Singapore and a national Advanced certificate in Training and Assessment.
Geoff Snowden Our Human Resources Guru, Sydney-based Geoff is an entertaining and effective facilitator and trainer. He has worked across varied roles covering the range of HR services within a large organisation with experience across transactional and transformational HR, such as Performance Management, Recruitment/Selection/Termination, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, OHS, Managing Change. Tertiary study has promoted a development of a deeper level of understanding and application of change management theory and sees Geoff sought out to handle this topic with many of our clientele. It is because of this speciality that Geoff is also one of our “FISH! - sperts” and he creates wonders with this Philosophy in training rooms right across the country.
Karen Stent Karen is a passionate achiever using the ‘FiSH!’ Philosophy and was nominated in 2011 by Steve Lundin (the author of FiSH!) as one of the business leaders who has achieved the most results using these approaches.New Zealand based Karen Stent comes from a solid business background with over fifteen years experience in management, within recruitment & human resources, business consulting, and tourism & hospitality. She is extremely customer-focused and her enthusiasm for learning and development plays a key factor to creating an environment where people become curious enough to implement new changes and achieve positive outcomes.
Margaret Smith Margaret has a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Development, Bachelor of Arts majoring in Sociology and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Her commitment is to supporting and nurturing people to achieve their full potential whilst enjoying the journey of discovery and learning. With 18 years experience as a learning and development facilitator, Margaret has developed teams and managers in many workplaces including the public service, call centres and the retail sector. She is an incredibly impressive presenter, who has the ability to entertain and capture your attention from the moment she starts speaking to the conclusion of her workshops.
Michael ter Haar With over 20 years of business, management and training experience across industry and government, Michael has had roles such as Training & Quality Manager, Sales Consultant, Sales Manager (with over 1100 sales reps), Director, Owner, Managing Director and CEO. Michael has post graduate qualifications in Interpersonal Skills Instruction Methods in addition to having completing Train the Trainer and Advanced Facilitation Skills courses. As an instructional designer and trainer he has developed and delivered a range of Middle Management modules for a range of industries.
Hsiao-Wei Wong Hsiao-Wei is an energetic and engaging trainer who believes that people learn better when they have fun and make their own connections. Her workshops are always highly interactive with experiential learning activities and her strength lies in her ability to simplify complex concepts and make them easily understood. She has more than 15 years of hands-on leadership experience in Human Resources, and has worked with various multi-national organisations. She is a certified and International Coach Federation credentialed coach.
Jocelyn Yap Jocelyn’s career spans 20 years of broad experience within the FMCG and the service industry. She was an experienced operations manager at Nestle and later became the regional training manager before she turned to full-time corporate training and performance coaching. Being a Certified Performance Coach, she has conducted account management coaching and training sessions for sales and service professionals to encourage self-development and cultivate skills to understand customers’ needs and help clients achieve customer satisfaction. Jocelyn is also a Certified FiSH! Philosophy Facilitator.
Nathan Yung Nathan, seminar speaker, corporate trainer and teamwork coach has contributed to training and coaching sessions for over 13 years, with extensive experience in providing various training services in Hong Kong, Taiwan and mainland China. From his energetic style of training and facilitation, Nathan specialises in delivering speeches and workshops on Motivation, Leadership, Sales Process, Personal Growth, Team Building and problem solving with professional utilisation on NLP, Enneagram, MBTI, ABC (Adventure-Based Counseling) the FiSH! Philosophy. Nathan is now working on his PhD in Enterprise Management, graduated in Master in Counseling and BSc Building and Construction. He earned the professional qualification of Registered Corporate Coach from WABC, Certified National Psychological Counselor in China, NLP Master Practitioner & NLP certified Trainer from NFNLP (USA).
