Have a read through the bios of our facilitators to get to know them a little better. Tanya Cavanagh Starting “on the tools” at 21, Tanya took her own Ultratune Franchise from a ranking of 135 to a National No 15 ranking in only 2 years. With that impressive history at only 21, she continued to impress as she progressed from the automotive business industry, to the training industry as a professional trainer. She is full of energy, has a keen business edge, and is certified in professional behavioural training.
Susan Chui Ling, Chang Susan Chui Ling, Chang has over 18 years experience as a trainer and her vocation is management, training, lecturing and consultancy in the Retail, Tourism and Hospitality industries. She has experience with designing and developing programmes and is a certified Developer, Trainer and Assessor. Susan has a fun, participative and interactive delivery style to ensure her facilitation effectively brings about change in attitudes, as well as acquisition of skills and knowledge.

Janette Comish A natural leader, Janette spent the first 12 years of her career as a school teacher, teaching in primary and high schools throughout Australia. She made the shift to the corporate world over 10 years ago firstly with the National Heart Foundation then Accor Hotels. A master at revealing the essence of a situation, she now shares stories and guides conversations to create energetic, unified and profitable organisations.
Teresa Hetherington Teresa is a qualified professional with over 20 years experience in the L&D/HR field. Her career to date has seen her working successfully with all levels of staff ranging from partners/executives through to new recruits in areas as diverse as construction, automotive, top 4 professional services firms, aerospace, banking and finance, local government, and retail companies. Teresa has an exceptional ability of quickly grasping the culture and structure of her client’s organisations, enabling her to establish credibility with staff and create solutions that are not only specific to the client’s business need, but also practical and readily transferable.
Sing Ming Koh Sing Ming focuses on the human dimension of organisations, helping them to develop in areas of leadership, strategic planning, innovation, teambuilding and change effectiveness. An accomplished and well-received facilitator, his cross-cultural experience has seen him work with many major clients throughout the APAC region. This experience includes leading people and teams, managing successful growth business areas, and consulting with government agencies, FMCGs and high volume businesses to improve their performance targets and service delivery.
Michele Nash Michele has a blue ribbon training reputation that is well known in Australia and overseas. With over 20 years experience, she is a specialist in behaviour and psychometric assessment. Michele holds her Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Languages and Asian Studies. She has been accredited with numerous certifications for training and facilitation in a wide range of areas including sales, customer service, team building, management, leadership, and communication/negotiation strategies.
Scott Nash Scott combines 28 years of experience in the retail, sales and service industry with the specialized knowledge of 10 years in Learning and Development. He has experience in Recruiting, Training and Development, and has partnered with organisations to positively influence their corporate cultures by providing customized solutions that offer a fresh perspective. He has designed and delivered learning intervention across industries including: Public/Private Sector, Call Centre, Legal, Banking & Finance, Retail, Hospitality, Travel and Communication.
Janet Sin With over 12 years of experience in spearheading and executing initiatives in people development and employee productivity, Janet is a veteran in the Learning and Organisational Development arena. A fluent speaker in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, she holds a Master in Training and Development from the University of Melbourne, a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Philosophy and Geography) from the National University of Singapore and a national Advanced certificate in Training and Assessment.
Peter Smith For the past three years, Peter has worked globally on a number of contracts with multinational clients in the oil and gas, accounting, I.T. mining and construction and banking industries, as well as a number of key engagements with government and non-governmental organisations. He specialises in leadership training, coaching training, frontline and senior management, emotional intelligence, strategy and culture, and facilitation and presentation skills.
Michael ter Haar With over 20 years of business, management and training experience across industry and government, Michael has had roles such as Training & Quality Manager, Sales Consultant, Sales Manager (with over 1100 sales reps), Director, Owner, Managing Director and CEO. Michael has post graduate qualifications in Interpersonal Skills Instruction Methods in addition to having completing Train the Trainer and Advanced Facilitation Skills courses. As an instructional designer and trainer he has developed and delivered a range of Middle Management modules for a range of industries.
Hsiao-Wei Wong Hsiao-Wei is an energetic and engaging trainer who believes that people learn better when they have fun and make their own connections. Her workshops are always highly interactive with experiential learning activities and her strength lies in her ability to simplify complex concepts and make them easily understood. She has more than 15 years of hands-on leadership experience in Human Resources, and has worked with various multi-national organisations. She is a certified and International Coach Federation credentialed coach.
