Can I preview training films before I buy them?
Mind Resources’ Online Preview System gives you 24 to 48 hours access to online previews of a range of training films. This requires login details. Contact your Mind Resources consultant to register today.


I have lost/damaged a training film purchased from Mind Resources – how do I get a replacement?
MR can help replace your purchase for lost films. Contact us for more information. We also offer a Film Protection Plan, where damage to your film for a period of 2 years after purchase is covered.


I’m a trainer. Can I use the FiSH! Philosophy to train my clients?
As the Authorised Licensee, only Mind Resources and its licensed trainers can deliver FiSH! Philosophy training to external clients. Individuals and firms cannot deliver training programs to their clients with FiSH! Philosophy resources, as this is in breach of international copyright law and is illegal. Please contact your Mind Resources consultant for more information.


I’m a TAFE/Polytechnic/University Library – what sort of rules do you have around your content being loaned if we buy it?

You can loan training film materials onsite to staff, but materials cannot be loaned externally to other institutions or organisations.


Do you have a catalogue?

Our website highlights our most popular training films, accessories, services and online solutions. However if you are after something specific that you can't find on our website, please contact us to check if we have it as one of our 2,500 training solutions on offer.


Do your films come with support materials?
Most of our film training resources come with support materials such as facilitator guides or participant workbooks.


Do you have any language version (localised) content?
Our catalogue of learning resources includes Mandarin, Cantonese or Chinese sub-title language versions of training films – contact your Mind Resources consultant for more details.
