Overview: This DiSC behavioural model is the most widely used tool for understanding human behaviour, and has a variety of applications including management, sales and workplace applications. The DiSC 363 for Leaders Accreditation is a 1/2 day follow up to the DiSC Accreditation where you will learn to understand and interpret the results of the DiSC-based leadership model as well as learn enhanced coaching skills for increasing leadership effectiveness.
