Synopsis:
DISC is the universal language of observable human behaviour and communication. It's validity can be proven just by watching people. Everyday we live in a wonderful laboratory where we can observe people and learn how to better communicate. Scientific research has proven that people in terms "how they act", universally have similar characteristics.
The DISC behavioural profiling system was designed to complement most training programmes and to build on the uniqueness of the individual. When management colleagues and customers understand and appreciate each others behavioural talents, they can build on the foundation for achieving high performance.
